The Standout Centers of Excellence (SCOE) within Standout comprises of groups that focus on extending and improving our delivery competence around various domain and technology areas.

SCOE includes Enterprise Architects, Project Managers, Business Leads, Quality Specialists and Senior Developers.

The SCOE is responsible for the following:

• Provide technical leadership by providing advisory services about the latest tools and products to our customers.

• Capture and maintain best practices derived from project experience so that this is followed in future requirements.

• Establish clearly defined standards and guidelines pertaining to each major service area.

• Constantly review the process and paths so that any customization for specific instances can always be arrived upon based on the requirement.
